HMI Realty was established in 2001.  The Sunset Park office is currently located at 5116 7th avenue, between 51st and 52nd street.  Our Dyker Heights Branch opened its’ door in 2003, and currently staffed with 11 agents working in the Dyker Heights, Bensonhurst, and Bay Ridge area.  During the early stages of our company, we’ve only dealt with small commercial and town house residential sales.  Over the years our company has progressed and has provided representation to some of the largest transactions in Manhattan and Brooklyn’s Chinatowns.

HMI Realty has represented many exclusive listings, and our company’s focus is solely on property tax.  Our company’s database of comparable sales and market data are unparalleled, compared to other companies.  This enables our firm to prepare valuations of properties more efficiently and we do offer our clients this service as a complimentary.
